The fee is non-refundable but we will work with you on making another boot if it is to tight after trying some well tested stretching techniques. Well tanned leather stretches easily to fit very well. We have tips to easily loosen any snug spots and or stretch top of boot 1-2 inches. The foot area also. If loose, that’s great because you can put our extra padding in there for more foot comfort. We will do our best to get you the color leather and hide hair you want, but keep in mind every production dye lot is different and can vary from photos and from what is available at time of boot production. The approx time to have them made is 2 months. Sometime a little more or less depending on material availability and factory demand at time or order.
